Where is the wedding venue + room details

The venue recommends booking a room by the end of October in order to secure a room in the same block. After October, the hotel will still accept reservations at the wedding rate they just can’t guarantee we will be placed in the same block.
The Hotel’s room capacity is 2 adults and 2 children or 1 adult and 3 children per room. Children under 12 years of age stay free in the same room as their parents. Extra person adult (third) US$60.00 plus taxes.

What is the recommended day to fly into Cozumel + travel details
Arrive by the 26th of April to settle in and plan to celebrate the wedding eve with everyone. Feel free to arrive earlier (we plan to arrive on the 24th) and stay as long as you’d like after the wedding to explore the island!
We will have a loose itinerary as we want everyone to relax and enjoy themselves but more details will come for the eve of the wedding.
For your convenience, we do recommend flying into Cozumel Airport (CZM). The hotel is about 20 minutes from the airport.
The Cancun Airport (CUN) is also an option. A shuttle or taxi can be taken to Playa del Carmen from the airport; this takes about 50 minutes to an hour. From there, it’s about a 45 minute ferry ride to the island of Cozumel.

About + Things to do in Cozumel
Cozumel is an island located off the coast of Playa del Carmen. April is a relatively drier and warmer month for the island. Temperatures during the day range from the mid to high 80s and the evenings cool down to low 70s.
Cozumel is an incredible destination for snorkeling and diving. With its beautiful beaches and amazing food we couldn’t think of a more special place to celebrate with the people we love most—and we can’t wait to share a little piece of paradise with you!
Beaches:
- Playa Palancar (about 20 mins from hotel): Has a restaurant and bar on the beach with longue chairs and tables to relax at. https://www.playapalancar.com/restaurant
- Chen Río (about 40 minutes away from hotel): Located on the East side of the island, this beach is more secluded and has small tide pools to swim and explore.
